This case centers around a video captured by a U.S. Customs and Border Protection aircraft crew over Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The crew saw a light out over the ocean as they took off. The light disappeared, but they were able to capture an object flying over Puerto Rico with the infrared camera (FLIR). The Scientific Cloation for UAP Studies did an analysis that ruled out birds and balloons. Read more about their report on the Open Minds UFO News website.

Recently, the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) reported to congress on the case. They concluded that the object was a couple of balloons. In the video, the object appears to split, and suddenly, there are two objects. According to AARO, this was likely because the object was actually a group of at least two balloons that separated.

However, in a recent episode of PBS’ NOVA, former AARO Chief Sean Kirkpatrick says he thinks the object was a couple of birds flying together that separated toward the end of the video. Is it birds or balloons? It can’t be both.
If AARO researchers disagree, is this incident resolved? The object in the video does not look like a group of objects.

0:43 sec I see a circular object rotating into a pitch turn dive. looks like afterwards small trail of black smoke look like it picked up more speed

very distinct right to left banking with the object pitching downward, where it decends downward over the tree. left downward banking
slow motion. The Frames per second is slower on those older cams
0.52 Sec the object decended over that house and close to the ground
at 0:53 it appears the craft seems to be at this point close to the ground I see Dust plum behind it. as it approaches and goes throu trees
playback speed 0.25 on youtube. Have to slow the image down and look at individual pixel values. only way to make a cohesive pattern perhaps.
I think at beginning of the Video is intresting When He first zooms in on the object he had to pan ahead of the speeding object to zoom in. He had to pan ahead and wait for it to be zoomed in fully and be able to track it better

This is very intresting video. desipte the low frame rate.
stillframes of the dynamics of that object. Looks as though its doing a sort of angular swing momentum. It going upward then as it reaches highest point, turns downward pitch bank left
i also pointed out in the video with yellow mouse circle, Where I believe the jet thruster. it shows up multiple times in the frame, so It cannot be part of the background noise. background noise would be moving with the frame and the thrusters dont seem to move with the background. I noticed in through the video it kicks in its thrusters when its moving downward. I can tell the Cameraman had a hard time Keeping the object in the middle. This object is moving all over turning side to side up and down a lot.
Looks like It has some Physics Similar to a boomerang
At 2:00 Minutes When the Craft is moving away. This is the backside of the Craft.
at 0:02 I think you can see a discreet thrust behind it for short second.
I believe the other craft is linking up with this craft but its able to dissapear and reappear.
I believe it is a craft. It it was a Bird it would move a lot slower and probably wouldnt cover that amount of range. And I dont believe it was a balloon becuase this object goes thru besides lots of trees and buildings as well.
It went through a lot of bushes and trees close to the ground too
In this video I see The engines getting hotter and then it releases the smoke trail behind it.
Then As Im zoomed in panning over I noticed youtube does a Blur Effect over the pixels smoothing the pixels out. And from here we can see some different animation this objects is producing, very strange when this object banks right quickly.
0:12 Thruster buildup (almost looks like breaking sound barrier)
then 0:13 - exhaust of the thruster
I can Tell in which Direction this Craft started moving toward. to link up with that other craft. It was moving away from the pilot at this point. And the pilot was chasing behind it on an angle. I do believe after it crossed that busy road with the vehicles and houses. it boosted its engines and started moving away.
it started banking more to the right after the pilot zoomed in closer. this is where the craft started speeding off.
its intresting to note how the engines lite up and let out a exhaus trail
1:48-1:50min Of the orignal video, it shows the craft thruster at this point ramping up speed and going out into the water area
you can see the camera had to pan left a little quicker to catch up when it did speed up
The two crafts scene.
Firstly I see the one craft it dissappears and reappears.
When it dissappears briefly alone, there is instead just a white blurry spot moving instead. (looks like under surface of water moving but emitting a glow" i follow that white spot with the mouse where the ship is presumably moving.
Then it looks as though the craft slows down a little and takes a dive in the water and pops back out with a second craft. the second craft and the first craft dissappear together afterward.
I beleive these craft knew they were being detected, and they have ability to dissappear infrared camera by going underwater.
but again these objects are close to the water. and they maybe going in and out of the water to dissappear
at 0.28 seconds the Craft does a sharp turn down to the water surface, in which in 0.29 seconds i see some wave disturbances of the second craft pop out of those waves and is along side next beside the other craft, thats where he zoomes in and see both craft
im sure we all agree those two crafts look identical
had he been zoomed in two seconds before, he could of seen it emerge from water better.
at this point these two craft were trailing low to the water surface.
the took off down into the water…
I believe they are emitting something bright, and I think this brightness can be seen underwater.
these objects travelling at hypersonic speeds… looks like
Remember, these cameras are not recoding light, they record heat.

yea sorry infared signature. im aware its infared cams
should of phrased it like a heat glow when the craft was under water
i will do some research later about infared and applications that can help reduce noise and such
If it were underwater. The skeptics argue the heat signature and the background were just a similar temperature. It is a valid argument.

at 1:42 sec in the Video The trees are not very visible. As the background is more of a grey scale and does not do a good job making the shape of the tree.
So im did a image edit that shows some of the contours of that tree.
On the Right image is the original image where you dont see tree very well

Read the Aguadilla report. Whoever put together the report also suggests that it went into the water as well. He noted that the object is a U-Shape.
I suggested its more like a boomerang shape. Infact I see the shape multiple times. escpecially when the craft is banking. It does many banking turns.
Really facinating video. Im looking at google maps of the flight path myself.
I have a question about the infrared. Says in the report that the black areas are a heat signature. such as the craft. it is dark.
But this is not the only thing that appears black in the video. some buildings are black, shadows appear black, roads appear black. many things appear black.
So just wondering why that is. Thanks.
at 1:03 the boomerang craft. Dips its head downard and this is where it picks up speed and the craft is moving downard pitch. This same flight characteristics like the previous video where it went over the tree doing the same flight characteristics. fascinating
it goes up, Then Down. When its head is fully in the forward position it goes Down. This is the second time its done that. This is a key to its flight characteristics. it seems to enable it to move faster
does appear to be moving erratic, its like a different type of banking turn
I believe this is a pretty clear distinct feature of this moving objects capability. That it can Dive quickly with its rotational forces doing so.
This object did two rotations. the U-shape / Boomerang did two rotations. simiar characteristics of the object rotating. it did two rolls forward.
0.03 sec its The top of the U shape moving forward. And Again does another roll 0.08 and same flight characteristcs when its in its forward head position the object rotational force moves downward pitch elevation of the object
I see these Forward Rotations that Help it accelerate and Downward pitch Elevation. It moving Down to the ground faster.
i zoomed in slowed down the video.
I believe here also the objects are moving in that spin rotation, where they are bouncing up and moving its body rotation they go back down down to the water surface
Perhaps they are able to dive in water and able to pop out of the water due to those flight characteristics I mentioned above. I see the water being disturbed a couple times. How the second object was able to rotate itself out of the water and align next to its friend.

0.33 sec I see the forward rotation head move forward but then backward. Strangely enough it dosnt complete a full rotation. This indicates it can move that forward U shape effect but then pull back from that u shape.
U shape does not rotate forward but it decided to move U shape the other way.
The object didnt perform a U shape downard rotation effect. Didnt complete it.
It should of kept moving U shape forward but it didnt. It stopped the U shape half way and reversed it instead.
